Three Layer Fiesta Dip

1 jar Purely Gourmet® ROASTED RED PEPPER, CORN AND BLACKBEAN SALSA
1 cup (8 oz) Sour cream
1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 Scallions finely chopped

Spread salsa evenly in 8-9” pie plate or quiche dish. Dollop and spread sour cream on top. Sprinkle grated Jack cheese over all. Sprinkle scallions on top. Cover and refrigerate till serving time. Serve with Tortilla chips.

Quick Idea...
Make a four layer dip by mashing 2 ripe avocadoes with 1 Tbsp lemon juice and spreading this layer first.
