Classic Spinach & Herb Dip served in Bottoms Up Beer Bread Bowl

5 tbsp. Purely Gourmet® Classic Spinach & Herb Dip Mix
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour cream
1 pkg. Purely Gourmet® Bottoms Up Beer Bread Mix
1 (12oz) Bottle of beer

Mix first three ingredients together to make Spinach Dip. Refrigerate Dip. Mix Beer Bread according to package directions but spread batter into a round 7 ¸” diameter by 3” high, flat bottom, greased, ovenproof dish and bake according to package directions. When cool, remove from dish and cut a 5” diameter circle in bread and remove top and interior of bread. When ready to serve, fill bread with Spinach dip mixture. Cut removed bread into chunks for dipping.
