Classic Spinach & Herb Dip served in Bottoms Up Beer Bread Bowl
Mix first three ingredients together to make Spinach Dip. Refrigerate Dip. Mix Beer Bread according to package directions but spread batter into a round 7 ¸ diameter by 3 high, flat bottom, greased, ovenproof dish and bake according to package directions. When cool, remove from dish and cut a 5 diameter circle in bread and remove top and interior of bread. When ready to serve, fill bread with Spinach dip mixture. Cut removed bread into chunks for dipping.
