Dried Tomato and Herb Dip
Mix above ingredients together and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with fresh vegetable platter such as baby carrots, cucumber slices, red and yellow pepper slices, and asparagus spears. Makes one cup of dip.
Quick Idea...
Make Belgian endive boats or celery boats by cleaning endive and separating leaves or cleaning celery and cutting celery stalks into 2 inch pieces. Fill center of each boat with Dried Tomato and Herb Dip.
